Warranty & damage
Full product warranty on every unit. Report transport damage within 48 hours, with photos.
Who can order at wholesale prices?
Wholesale is for registered businesses only, such as lounges, retailers, distributors and hospitality venues. Please include your Chamber of Commerce (KvK) and VAT number with your first order.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Wholesale orders start from 5 units. Larger volumes unlock better pricing, as shown in our volume tiers.
How quickly will my order ship?
In-stock orders are usually dispatched within a few business days after payment. Your quote always states the expected delivery date.
Do you deliver outside the Netherlands?
Yes, we ship to business customers throughout the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, email us and we'll check the options and costs for your country.
Can I get product images and marketing material?
Yes. Business partners can request high-resolution product photos and product descriptions for their webshop, menu or social channels.
Can I mix products in one order?
Absolutely. Mixed orders count towards your total volume. Just list every product and quantity in your email.
